In my practice, I embrace a holistic approach that acknowledges the interaction between the mind, the body and the soul. I believe that true healing and personal growth occur when we address all these facets of our being. Therefore I use Integrative Transpersonal approach.

Integrative perspective

Drawing from a wide array of psychotherapeutic methods. This approach allows me to blend different methods and techniques tailored to your unique needs. Our sessions might encompass traditional talk therapy, where we delve into your past relationships and childhood experiences. Alongside I incorporate creative interventions like visualisation, mindfulness practices, body-focused work and dream exploration.

Transpersonal perspective

My approach goes beyond the surface of your personality to recognise the deeper, spiritual dimensions of your being. In the transpersonal realm I see my clients as more than just their worldly experiences and sufferings. I assist you in exploring and connecting with your innermost essence, helping you discover your existing potential already residing in you.
